Wholesale
We are always looking for new stores that want to add simple contemporary furnishings. If you are interested in adding the Modern Basics' line to your store, please review our wholesale terms and conditions below and contact us to obtain a wholesale price list.
Wholesale Terms and Conditions:
Wholesale account must have a valid tax identification number.
Minimum Orders - First time orders have a $200 minimum and all subsequent orders have a $100 minimum.
Payment - First time orders must be pre-paid with credit card or proforma check. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Upon credit approval, orders are invoiced at the time of delivery and payment is due within 30 days. Past Due Invoices- A Finance charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum) will be added to all past due invoices.
Shipping and Handling - Charges will be included on final invoices.
Delivery - Orders received outside of tradeshows are delivered within 2-3 weeks. Reorders are delivered in 1-2 weeks.
